The Product Manager will partner with a cross-functional team to bring the EBSCOhost AI Research Companion functionality to market. The EBSCOhost AI Research Companion is a suite of AI-powered research workflows that help users discover, understand, and engage with research content through natural-language conversational interactions. Answers / responses are grounded in authoritative EBSCOhost content and include references and links. You will help develop and bring to market AI-powered solutions for direct use by library users and researchers of all varieties. The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments. What You'll Do: * Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Research Companion * Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback * Join library customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Research Companion products and benefits, and conduct Beta testing programs with customers and end-users. * Define metrics, measure, and assess the impact of AI Research Companion function
