Overview

The AI & Analytics Lead Consultant serves as a senior client-facing consultant and central point of coordination for assigned client relationships. Lead Consultants combine strong Data Analytics expertise with subject matter expertise in artificial intelligence to understand client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and promote consistent service delivery.

Lead Consultants advise clients and internal stakeholders on AI & Analytics capabilities, workflows, best practices, and appropriate use cases. They provide strategic and technical guidance, maintain visibility across client efforts, coordinate internal resources, and manage escalations. Lead Consultants exercise independent judgment, anticipate client needs and risks, and balance client objectives with established processes and broader business considerations.

Essential Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management* Serve as the primary AI & Analytics point of contact for assigned clients, developing trusted relationships and a strong understanding of client goals, priorities, and needs * Anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and provide proactive guidance regarding priorities, timelines, and potential challenges * Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients evaluate AI & Analytics options and make informed decisions
