Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineering Delivery Manager with 10–12 years of technology delivery or engineering management experience to lead complex, large-scale application and technology programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program delivery, application modernization, system integrations, Agile/DevOps, team leadership, and AI-enabled software delivery.

Main Skills & Experience Required

  • 10–12 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, engineering management, or consulting.
  • Experience managing large-scale application programs and complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience with application modernization, system transformation, data integration, and technology operations.
  • Experience managing mid-to-large engagements, budgets, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and SLAs.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional technology teams and mentoring developers, analysts, and support teams.
  • Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous delivery, and application support.
  • Experience managing upstream/downstream system integrations and external/partner data exchanges.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-enabled software delivery and Generative AI.
  • Experience using AI/GenAI for requirements analysis, code generation, testing, documentation, reporting, risk analysis, or root-cause analysis.
  • Understanding of Agentic AI, AI governance, responsible AI, AI guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, and AI evaluation.
  • Exposure to modern AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Co-work, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or Visual Studio Code is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate between business and technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale application and technology programs.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
  • Lead application modernization and system transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate integrations across upstream, downstream, internal, and external systems.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, SLAs, and delivery performance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering, development, analyst, and support teams.
  • Drive Agile/DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
  • Leverage AI and agentic tools to improve planning, estimation, reporting, testing, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor application performance, reliability, scalability, and production support.
  • Use AI-assisted tools for incident management and root-cause analysis.
  • Establish responsible AI practices, including guardrails, evaluation, human review, and escalation processes.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging AI/agentic engineering tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the technology delivery lifecycle.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
