Join our dynamic software development team within UHC E&I Technology, where you will contribute to the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions supporting Sales and Distribution modernization. In this role, you will focus on building and enhancing scalable components for sales workflows, distribution platforms, API integrations, and automation pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge AI-driven and agentic workflow capabilities. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will develop and deploy machine learning models, generative AI solutions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems that improve sales intelligence, operational efficiency, and decision-making across our employer, broker, and enrollment ecosystems.
