About the role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for Applied AI and Machine Learning — a hands-on, deeply technical product leader who will own the AI/ML product roadmap for our Operator Suite and define, prototype, and evaluate the models behind it. This is a hybrid role that combines senior product ownership with individual-contributor depth across forecasting, dynamic pricing, route and operational optimization, real-time decisioning, and modern LLM-based applications.

Our Operator Suite is the operational command center that venue teams use to plan events, price and distribute parking, run event-day operations, and analyze performance. It sits within a broader B2B product line that also includes on-site point-of-sale and access-validation technology and a presell and distribution product for parking passes — all reporting into the Senior Director of Product.
