About Us
We are an AI-native, fully remote law firm built from the ground up to redefine plaintiff-side employment litigation, re-engineering legal advocacy from the core. Our proprietary intelligence layer automates case intake, evidence verification and brief preparation, allowing our remote legal team to construct airtight cases at machine scale and human depth.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, development and scaling of our custom operational platform from concept to launch, working closely with engineering and firm leadership. You will split time between the core build and spinning up no-code AI pilots that automate or improve how the firm runs. We need a hands-on business builder and platform-oriented systems thinker who treats internal operations software as the firm’s competitive engine.
Skills
- Hands-on builder who has a proven track record of success launching 0-to-1 products; prior early-stage startup experience strongly preferred.
- Practical experience navigating and delivering value within heavily regulated sectors such as legal, finance or healthcare.
- Strong analytical backgrounds and hands-on proficiency with SQL and data analysis to drive product decisions.
- Direct experience in building, testing and shipping functional AI agents into production.
- General familiarity with no-code and workflow automation platforms like Make or similar tools.
Join us in transforming legal technology through innovative AI-powered solutions. This role offers a chance to lead impactful projects that streamline legal workflows globally while working within a vibrant team committed to excellence in product management
