About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern Data, Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Cloud, and AI solutions.

This is a highly technical and client-facing role suited to an experienced technology leader who can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, provide hands-on guidance, and lead distributed engineering teams through successful delivery.

You will work across architecture, solution design, technical leadership, proof of concepts, engineering best practices, and innovation, while helping shape modern data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders, technical leaders, and engineering teams.
• Design scalable and secure Data, Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and Cloud architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, solution design, POCs, design reviews, troubleshooting, and development.
• Design and implement modern data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, and related analytics capabilities.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate distributed onshore/offshore engineering teams across complex initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, development practices, and technical best practices.
• Mentor engineers and support the growth of technical capabilities within the team.
• Lead technical workshops, solution discussions, architecture reviews, and technical presentations.
