Network / Infrastructure Engineer - AI Trainer

AfterQuery is seeking Network / Infrastructure Engineer Experts to build and evaluate the routing, switching, and network troubleshooting scenarios that frontier AI labs use to test model judgment. In this remote, asynchronous role you will design realistic engineering problems, review how models reason through them, and give detailed feedback that makes the resulting training data trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic routing, switching, and network troubleshooting tasks drawn from production practice
• Evaluate model responses for correctness, sound reasoning, and subtle failure modes
• Document your reasoning clearly so another engineer can audit the judgement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional network or infrastructure engineering experience
• Working knowledge of routing and switching protocols, firewalls, and load balancing
• Experience diagnosing real production network faults end to end
