The Manager, Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions is a hands-on technical leader responsible for identifying, designing, and delivering scalable automation and AI-enabled workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, and user experience. Working with Operations leaders, this role assesses business processes, defines solution requirements, and leads the design, development, deployment, and optimization of automation initiatives. The Manager, Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions serves as the primary technical expert for the Automation & AI function, partnering with operational teams to streamline workflows and implement solutions using workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), low-code platforms, APIs, system integrations, intelligent document processing, and approved AI technologies. This role is responsible for solution architecture, configuration, development, testing, deployment, support, and adoption while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and governance requirements. The position does not include machine learning model development or advanced predictive analytics responsibilities.
