Frontend Engineer - AI Trainer

AfterQuery is seeking Frontend Engineer Experts to build and evaluate the frontend architecture, state management, and interface work scenarios that frontier AI labs use to test model judgment. In this remote, asynchronous role you will design realistic engineering problems, review how models reason through them, and give detailed feedback that makes the resulting training data trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging, realistic frontend architecture, state management, and interface work tasks drawn from production practice
• Evaluate model responses for correctness, sound reasoning, and subtle failure modes
• Document your reasoning clearly so another engineer can audit the judgement

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience building production frontend applications
• Proficiency with a modern framework such as Next.js and its rendering model
• Strong judgment about component structure, state, and accessibility
