By transforming complex HR and compliance workflows into simple, intuitive experiences, we help public-sector organizations reduce friction, improve efficiency, and focus on what matters most: making a difference. *This posting is for an existing vacancy.* The Role* Lead a small team to build NeoGov's AI platform — the shared AI services, infrastructure, and tooling used across our public-sector SaaS products. * Own the roadmap and delivery of GenAI, AI agents, RAG, and intelligent automation into products used by governments and public agencies. * Partner with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and Security to ship securely, compliantly, and at scale.

What You Will do

• Lead the team — hire, coach, and grow a small team of AI/ML and platform engineers.
• Own delivery — turn the AI strategy into a prioritized roadmap and ship it.
• Build the platform — GenAI services, agents and orchestration, multi-agent (A2A), M
