This person keeps the North American pods on schedule and the requirements clear so the Solution Architect and engineers can build. Part business analyst, part scrum master.Key Responsibilities ========================

• Keep requirements clear. Gather them, write them down, and keep them current, including the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done and the acceptance criteria.
• Run the cadence. Planning, standups, reviews, and retros on a four-week cycle.
• Remove blockers. Manage risks and clear the path for the pod.
• Own the relationship. The day-to-day business relationship on the pod's engagements.
• Show the value. Keep executives informed on what has been delivered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting delivery.
• AI or software builds.
• Healthcare or higher education.
• Scrum (CSM or PSM), PMP, CBAP (BABOK), or SAFe.
