About Clinloop

Clinloop is a healthcare AI company that builds AI tools for clinics and care networks. Global AI Mining is Clinloop's recruiting partner for this role. We are a small, early team and we are adding two officers who will help shape the products and the first customer programs.

The role

You will lead Clinloop's population health strategy as a part-time officer. You define what to measure for a community or patient population, specify the data and risk-assessment needs behind it, design the programs our tools support, and prove their value with a clear evaluation plan. You also help build partnerships with providers, payers and rural health organizations, and support customer discussions and demonstrations.

What you will do

• Define population measures, social-needs and risk-assessment requirements with our technical lead and clinicians
• Design pilot programs: who is in the population, what data is needed, how care is coordinated, and how results are evaluated
• Plan dashboards and workflows that turn measures into action
• Develop community, provider, payer and rural-health partnerships
• Support customer discovery, demonstrations and proposals with evidence-based program design
• Report your hours and your deliverables every week

In your first 30 days you complete product and compliance training and deliver a population-needs and stakeholder map, recommended measures and a six-month program plan. By day 90 you produce a pilot population definition, a lawful data-access plan, an evaluation design and a care-coordination workflow, with documented partner discussions.

What we are looking for

• Experience in population health, epidemiology, social determinants of health or program evaluation
• Experience with health-risk or social-risk measurement and outcomes or ROI evaluation
• Ability to work with clinicians and engineers and explain results to non-specialists
• Relationships or credibility with providers, payers or rural-health organizations is a plus
• Ability to keep your work separate from any other employer and to respect confidentiality

How it works

• Part-time, about 10 hours a week to start, fully remote
• You report to Clinloop's leadership
• Compensation: $55 per hour of approved work, paid as Clinloop equity (shares earned each quarter at an agreed reference valuation) and not as cash, plus a 12% commission on the sales you support. The commission first completes your equity and anything beyond that is paid in cash. All compensation is subject to applicable employment, wage and tax law. The full terms are in a written agreement that you review with your own advisers before signing
• You sign a confidentiality and invention-assignment agreement before you see any company information
• This is not a clinical role. You will not provide patient care, and you will not use any other organization's proprietary models or data
