We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (AI SME) to serve as a bridge between cutting-edge AI innovation and workforce transformation. This individual will work closely with IG Labs researchers, AI engineers, mission experts, and instructional designers to ensure that emerging AI capabilities are translated into meaningful learning experiences, workforce development initiatives, and operationally relevant training programs.

What You'll Do

* Serve as the principal AI technical advisor supporting AI education, workforce development, and mission-focused training initiatives. * Collaborate with IG Labs researchers and engineers to identify emerging AI technologies and translate them into workforce development opportunities. * Help define the skills, competencies, and certification standards required for an AI-ready workforce. * Guide the development of curriculum, labs, simulations, and practical exercises focused on real-world AI applications. * Provide technical leadership across topics including:
