POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Snowflake, Generative AI, and the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical professional with strong experience in Snowflake, Python, SQL, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and enterprise AI solutions.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• 15+ years of total IT experience
• Strong Snowflake experience, including Snowpark, SQL, and performance optimization
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, and workflow orchestration
• Experience building enterprise data pipelines and semantic data models
• Strong Pharma / Healthcare / Life Sciences domain experience
• Experience working with clinical, commercial, or pharmaceutical data
• Strong communication and solution architecture skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Snowflake Cortex, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks
• Build semantic models and AI-ready datasets using structured and unstructured data
• Design and automate data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and refresh pipelines
• Integrate clinical, commercial, and external data sources into enterprise AI workflows
• Develop RAG-based solutions, AI Agents, and LLM-powered applications
• Optimize Snowflake performance and build scalable, production-ready solutions
• Support AI solution deployment, testing, monitoring, and productionization
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and implement AI use cases
