AI Solutions & Adoption Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions & Adoption Consultant to help enterprise teams identify, prototype, and implement practical AI solutions.

Note: This is an advisory, prototyping, and user-enablement role—not a traditional software engineering or data science position. You will bridge the gap between business functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Ops) and technical engineering teams to drive AI adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery & Analysis: Partner with enterprise leaders to identify workflow bottlenecks, high-volume document tasks, and prime AI/automation opportunities.
• Solution Strategy & Assessment: Determine whether business needs are best met via enterprise tools, Generative AI, RAG, agents, or custom integrations.
• Prototyping & Demos: Build lightweight proof-of-concepts, prompts, and low-code workflows to validate technical feasibility.
• User Enablement & Training: Lead hands-on workshops, office hours, and prompt-coaching to integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Governance & ROI: Ensure AI implementations adhere to security, privacy, and compliance standards while tracking adoption metrics.

A Day in the Life

You might spend your morning leading a workshop with Finance to automate forecasting analysis using custom AI workflows, and spend the afternoon prototyping a low-code document solution for Legal. You will turn broad AI interest into actionable, everyday productivity gains.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech consulting, business analysis, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
• Proven stakeholder management with strong facilitation and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
