Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our talented team supporting Federal mission systems. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience developing secure, scalable applications across the .NET and Java technology stacks. This role requires a developer who can work across the full software development lifecycle — from design and development through deployment and support — while collaborating closely with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet Federal performance and security standards. Key Responsibilities* Develop, test, and maintain web applications and services using C#, .NET Core/Framework, Java, and Spring Boot * Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for integration across enterprise systems * Build and maintain responsive, dynamic front-end applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks * Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs and deliverables * Support modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures using Azure or AWS * Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, maintainable code * Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups * Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement of development processes * Maintain compliance with federal cybersecurity and quality assurance standards

Qualifications: Required* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline * 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with .NET (C#) and Java (Spring Boot) * Strong front-end development skills with Angular, React, or similar modern frameworks * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and object-oriented design principles * Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQ
