Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Application Developer III to help build a strategic AI-powered loans platform within a leading financial services organization. This role will focus heavily on developing an AI Agent capable of extracting and understanding key terms from complex credit agreements and using that information to support automated loan processes.

The platform combines AI/LLM technologies, event-driven services, APIs, and blockchain-based transaction processing to modernize how complex loan and structured credit products are onboarded and serviced. The ideal candidate can quickly translate ideas into production-ready code and has experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to accelerate software delivery. This is a 12-month contract position is based in Dallas, TX and requires 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
