Shiftwise, a leader in healthcare workforce management, helps hospitals and health systems streamline contingent staffing through our Vendor Management System (VMS). Our mission is to simplify workforce complexity so providers can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care.

We’re now looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, definition, and execution of AI-powered features that transform how healthcare organizations manage their contingent workforce. This is a unique role for someone who both uses AI in their day-to-day product craft and can shape how AI is integrated into a large-scale SaaS platform.

What you will do

• Own the AI product strategy : Identify opportunities where AI/ML can create value for our customers, from workforce forecasting to smarter workflows.
• Shape features end-to-end : Translate AI concepts into intuitive user experiences and partner with design and engineering to deliver high-impact functionality.
• Be an AI practitioner : Actively use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot,
