About RestauNax

RestauNax is an all-in-one platform for independent restaurants and home-based food businesses: point of sale, online ordering, restaurant websites and apps, in-store menu TVs, self-order kiosks, AI voice ordering, and built-in marketing tools. We're a founder-led, early-stage company based in Tampa, Florida, and we sell to owners who are too busy running a kitchen to sit through a sales cycle. Our marketing has to earn its own attention.

We already run a 150+ page SEO site with programmatic city and state guides, a blog, competitor comparison pages, free tools for restaurant owners, paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and Microsoft, and an affiliate/partner program. What we don't have yet is one person who owns all of it and runs it the way a modern team should: with AI doing the heavy lifting and a human making the calls.

The role

You will own demand generation end to end. Not "manage an agency", not "write briefs for freelancers": you run it.

We are specifically looking for someone who has already rebuilt their own workflow around AI. If you still draft every piece of content by hand, build every ad variant manually, or pull reports into a spreadsheet on Friday afternoons, this is not the role for you. If you have spent the last couple of years figuring out what AI is actually good at in marketing, and what it is not, we want to talk.

What you'll do

• Own the full funnel from first search to booked demo: SEO, content, paid, email, partners, and conversion.
• Run an AI-first content engine. Research, outline, draft, edit, and localize content with AI at every step, then apply real editorial judgment so it reads like a person who knows restaurants wrote it.
• Scale paid acquisition on Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads using AI for audience research, creative generation, ad-copy variants, and bid and budget analysis.
• **Grow organic and AI-search
