About the role

As an AI/ML Lead, you will make an impact by defining and executing enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategies that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of the Data & AI leadership team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data platform teams, architects, governance leaders, and engineering teams to build and scale AI capabilities across the organization.

In this role, you will

Develop and execute enterprise AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.

Lead the delivery of AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, and agentic AI solutions that address critical business challenges and create measurable value.

Establish AI engineering standards, MLOps practices, model lifecycle management processes, and deployment frameworks to support scalable and reliable AI operations.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of data scientists, ML engineers, GenAI engineers, and AI architects.

Partner with technology, data, governance, and business teams to enable AI-ready data, ensure responsible AI practices, and drive adoption of AI capabilities across the enterprise.
