The Team You’ll Work With …

As the AI-First UI/UX Designer, you will be an integral part of our talented Technology team, collaborating to lead UI/UX design for fireclaytile.com — owning design for all development on our Shopify Plus site, handling backend Shopify configuration, and directing the work of our developers. You will keep our e-commerce experience beautiful, fast, and converting while partnering with our internal dev team and Growth Marketing on custom development, landing pages, and CRO. Reporting to the VP of Technology, this position will be Remote within the US. Our culture thrives on professional development, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within the organization.
