About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading venture capital firm to build innovative AI prototypes for our portfolio of next-generation tech companies across the Global South (India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa) and for the Capria internal team. An ideal candidate will be excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, global startup environment, working closely with the operations team and with founders across the globe.

Examples of projects include

• Building LLM-powered question-answering tool that leverages semantic similarity search for team to use as an internal chatbot to query firm’s internal file system (questions like “What is our PTO policy?”)
• Developing a smart filter system for an education technology company in India that enhances candidate selection by evaluating job applications and producing pertinent follow-up questions
• Working with a HRtech company in Latam to implement a natural language interface that listens to conversations and suggests to call center agents potential Q&A to access in real-time.
