Job Title

AI Deployment Engineer The AI Deployment Engineer will support the AI and automation strategy of CoorsTek by designing, developing, deploying, and supporting production software solutions that incorporate AI and automation capabilities.

This is a hands-on software engineering role. The successful candidate must have professional experience developing applications, writing and reviewing code, working with APIs and integrations, and deploying software into production or operational environments. Experience using AI tools is valuable, but it is not a substitute for demonstrated software development experience.

The role is responsible for transforming business and operational needs into secure, supportable, scalable, and measurable solutions, using approved development tools, enterprise platforms, custom code, APIs, and cloud services. Solutions may include AI-enabled applications, web applications, internal tools, automations, integrations, data-driven workflows, and plant-facing applications.

This role will collaborate with stakeholders across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, commercial, finance, HR, and IT to understand business processes, technical requirements, and operational constraints. The primary focus is delivering working software through the full development lifecycle, including requirements, design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and early-stage production support.*We are an ITAR-regulated company.
