We are currently seeking a AI Delivery Program Manager / Engagement Lead - Dallas, TX to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Position Summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Program Manager / Engagement Lead to lead strategic AI initiatives for a global banking client. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery across multiple AI workstreams, ensuring successful execution from strategy through deployment and business adoption.

The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership, Agile delivery expertise, stakeholder management, and governance experience while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Expect some travel per client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

• Lead the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives from planning through implementation and business adoption.
• Establish program objectives, success metrics, delivery strategy, and governance framework.
• Own overall program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams including business, engineering, architecture, data, security, and vendor organizations.
• Drive executive decision-making through clear communication, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Agile Delivery Leadership

• Lead Agile delivery practices across multiple product teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and program increment activities.
