AI-Assisted Web Developer

Amped Marketing is a full-service marketing and advertising agency. We build and manage websites for clients across a lot of different industries, and we're looking for a developer who builds fast because they've figured out how to make AI tools do the heavy lifting.

This is not a role where AI is a nice-to-have on your resume. It's the core of how you work. If you're still hand-coding every component from scratch, this probably isn't the right fit. If you can take a Figma file, pull it into Dev Mode or Figma Make, and get to a clean, working site in a fraction of the time it used to take, we want to talk.

What you'll do

• Turn Figma designs into live, responsive websites using Figma's built-in dev tooling and AI code generation
• Clean up and refine AI-generated output so it's actually production quality, not just something that looks right on the surface
• Build and launch client sites on WordPress (mainly) and Shopify
• Work directly with our design and account teams to move projects from concept to launch quickly
• Handle QA, cross-browser testing, and post-launch fixes
• Keep an eye on new AI dev tools and bring the useful ones into our process

What we're looking for

• Real experience shipping websites, ideally in an agency or high-volume environment
• Fluency with Figma, especially Dev Mode and its code generation features
• Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or v0
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, because you need to know when the AI got it wrong
• Attention to detail on the things that get skipped: page speed, semantic markup, accessibility, mobile behavior
• Comfort juggling several client projects with real deadlines

Nice to have

• SEO-friendly development practices
• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or similar
• Basic understanding of how AI search and answer engines read a site
